1 · WHAT WE COLLECT
Only what you hand us: your name and email when you join early access or contact us, and — once the portal opens — your profile and resume data as a candidate, or company and billing details as an employer. Server logs are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
2 · HOW WE USE IT
To run the platform: matching, applications, notifications, and the services you purchase. We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
3 · COOKIES & ANALYTICS
Essential cookies for site function, plus standard analytics (Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without losing site functionality.
4 · RESUME VISIBILITY
Your resume is shown only to companies according to your settings. Private mode hides it from all searches; blocked companies can never see or contact you.
5 · THIRD PARTIES
A small vetted set of processors: hosting, email delivery (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare) and analytics. Each is bound by data-processing terms.
6 · RETENTION
Early-access emails are kept until launch communications are complete, then deletable on request. Account data is kept while your account is active.
7 · YOUR RIGHTS
Access, correction, export or deletion — email support@workfish.site and we respond within 30 days.
8 · CHANGES
Material changes will be announced on this page with a new version number and date.

workfish (operated by Tekzilver) is a platform connecting candidates and companies, plus optional payroll, HR and training services. workfish is a venue — not an employer, recruiter or employment agency.
2 · ACCOUNTS
Provide accurate information; keep your credentials private. You must be old enough to work in your jurisdiction. One account per person or company.
3 · COMPANY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Talent-search plans are $19.99/month or $199.99/year (two months free). Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends. Prices may change with notice; founding-member pricing, where granted, is locked for the life of the subscription.
4 · PAYROLL · HR · TRAINING
These services are delivered under separately agreed written quotes and their own terms.
5 · CONDUCT
No fake jobs, fake resumes, scraping, harassment or discrimination. We may suspend accounts that poison the pool.
6 · COMPANIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPANIES
Job listings, offers, salaries and workplace conduct belong to the companies that create them. workfish does not verify and is not responsible for company representations or performance.
7 · AS-IS
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
